  • Our Client, a Singapore-based manufacturing company, is looking for a standout candidate with strong experience in the manufacturing segment for the Head of HR position at their Vietnam factory.
Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, with experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in managing employee relations and recruitment for production roles.
  • Design training programs focused on manufacturing operations, safety, compliance, and general HR functions like compensation and performance evaluation.
  • Lead global HR strategy and local policy development.
  • Ensure labor law compliance, managing contracts, benefits, and dispute resolutions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and interview processes.
  • Handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and work with department heads on employee growth.
  • Identify training needs and oversee staff development through training programs.
  • Administer competitive compensation structures and ensure legal compliance.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with HSE standards.
  • Manage employee records and maintain data accuracy in HR systems.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law (preferred), or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence the HR team.
  • Proficiency in Chinese or English is a must.
