HR Contact Point
HR Contact Point
- Act as a point of contact for respective department Heads/Managers for all HR issues and processes to ensure sufficient information flow
- Act as a main communication and coordination point for respective department employees for HR policies, processes and issues to enhance communication support to employees
Talent Acquisition
- Provide inputs on department org chart structures, workforce planning and budget headcount consult support internal recruitment (rotation, etc) to promote career from within
- Cooperate with TA to fulfill workforce requirements according to actual and future needs
- Deliver, supervise and ensure high quality of employee life cycle management (onboarding, retention, exit interview)
- Deliver regular reports ( hiring, attrition, budget) in a timely manner
People Development
- Cooperate with L&D and functional training departments to analyze people training development needs in divisions coordinate participate in training development activities as appropriate
- Proactively participate in departmental talent management succession planning, including identify talents, tracking development activities implementation progress, and periodically succession review to ensure sufficient workforce pool for future and sustainability
Compensation & Benefits
- Review and propose department bonus schemes to enhance external competitiveness internal fairness
- Provide updated information from departments, competitors or market timely, and work closely with C&B department to propose compensation benefits packages to attract and retain people
- In charge of calculating quarterly bonus for relevant departments
Others
- Supervise employee relations activities to comply with legal and company regulations
- Analyse attrition reasons regularly share findings with department managers HR colleagues, propose corrective actions follow up
- Propose support in delivering employee engagement activities
- Involved in other HR projects or related duties as required
REQUIREMENT
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Labor Law and C&B
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English
