Job Description:
  1. Policy Development and Legal Management:
    • Establish and update legal policies, regulations, and compliance standards for the company.
    • Ensure company activities comply with Vietnamese and international laws related to the securities sector.
  2. Legal Advisory and Business Support:
    • Provide legal advice to departments on legal issues, risks, and business strategies.
    • Assess and support the resolution of legal matters in company transactions and business projects.
  3. Contract and Transaction Management:
    • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts to protect the company's legal interests.
    • Control, assess, and mitigate legal risks in business transactions and activities.
  4. Relationships with Regulatory Bodies and External Partners:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external legal partners.
    • Represent the company in meetings and engagements with government agencies when necessary.
  5. Dispute Resolution and Legal Risk Management:
    • Participate in and coordinate legal proceedings and dispute resolutions, working with external partners and lawyers.
    • Manage and evaluate emerging legal issues to minimize impacts on business operations.
  6. Human Resource Management and Training:
    • Develop the company’s legal team and foster a professional and efficient work environment.
    • Train and update legal knowledge for employees and relevant departments.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; international legal qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 5 years in legal management within the finance-securities industry.
  • Deep knowledge of securities, financial laws, and relevant regulations in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English, especially in legal communication and documentation.
