Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth legal consultation in areas such as investment, corporate law, commerce, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, intellectual property, litigation, hospitality, and entertainment services.
- Manage and oversee legal compliance in the company's operations, ensuring alignment with current regulations.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks and manage organizational change.
- Lead and develop the legal team, ensuring efficiency and achievement of organizational objectives.
- Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and legal agreements.
- Represent the company in legal matters and dispute resolution processes.
Requirements:
- Over 12 years of experience in areas such as investment, commerce, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, consumer goods, intellectual property, litigation, or similar fields in investment firms or law firms.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position within large corporations or law firms.
- Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to investment, corporate, commerce, mergers & acquisitions, land, real estate, banking and finance, consumer goods, intellectual property, and litigation.
- Outstanding strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute long-term strategies.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong forecasting and risk management capabilities, with the ability to adapt and manage change effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in goal-setting, task organization, leadership, supervision, and team development.
- Fluent in English communication and proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
