Job Summary: As the Head of Partnerships in the healthcare division, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy aimed at expanding our network of medical providers, including hospitals and clinics. You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and network to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth and achieving our mission to improve healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to expand our network of medical providers.
  • Identify and target hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions for partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partnership proposals and agreements.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor and assess partnership performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
  • Lead a team of partnership managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and manage the partnership budget, allocating resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in partnership management, business development, or sales in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong network of connections within the healthcare sector, particularly with medical providers such as hospitals and clinics.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute complex partnership strategies.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is preferred.
