Position Summary
The Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role requires strategic leadership, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to align total rewards programs with the company’s business objectives and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on all aspects of compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Lead market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive within the financial services industry.
Compensation Management
- Design and oversee the administration of compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and executive compensation.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop salary structures and ensure equitable pay practices.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus cycles, including forecasting and budgeting.
Benefits Administration
- Develop and manage innovative benefits programs tailored to the needs of employees in Vietnam.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining competitiveness in benefits offerings.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to health, wellness, and retirement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Rewards and Recognition
- Create and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that support a high-performance culture.
- Monitor the effectiveness of reward programs and continuously optimize for maximum impact.
Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and regulatory compliance.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure total rewards practices comply with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance.
- Manage internal and external audits related to total rewards.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of total rewards strategies within the financial services industry in Vietnam.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and HRIS systems.
