​*JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for executing procurement activities for goods and services by effectively implementing sourcing strategies and managing suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery in alignment with organizational requirements.

*JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Sourcing & Supplier Management:

  • Responsible for managing Purchase Requests from business, sourcing and negotiating goods/ services that meet end users’ requirements.

  • Work with suppliers & other functions (Legal & Finance) to finalize commercial agreements using ManpowerGroup standard clauses/ contract templates.

  • Ensure all procurement processes comply with procurement policies,

  • Analyze supplier performance, propose priorities for performance improvement and follow up monitoring actions. Responsible for address/ escalate supplier non-performance as appropriate.

  • Manage supplier screening, selection process, maintain contracts, for the purchased categories.

  • Collect, compile, disseminate, store the contracts, statistics and extend the contract in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for contracts report each quarter.

  • Build and maintain mutual beneficial relationships with suppliers.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build up a strong collaboration with business to ensure their satisfaction with services provided by procurement.

  • Measure compliance by business users with procurement policies and contracts and take corrective actions as appropriate

Other admin tasks as assigned by Manager:

  • Build and maintain mutual beneficial relationships with suppliers

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Bachelor degree of Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • English: Good reading and writing skills; strong verbal communication is an advantage. Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
