*JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Recruitment team leader, your main responsibility is to handle the recruitment team of Staffing and outsourcing service: develop the talent, take responsibility in employer branding, build up candidate pool, manage recruitment activities and administrative tasks at the outsourcing team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment Management:
Manage Recruitment group on Job/ project assignment to meet goal & target recruitment team.
Build up data systems & manage candidate database.
Communicate and contact clients on recruitment purpose and recruitment process, understand the requirement and give solutions, advisory to clients’ orders, build up the JD/ design the requirement for job orders.
Keep updating with labor market info, job matching & evaluation to provide the correct info of market range & sources to clients & internal team.
Keep completing the recruitment process and giving necessary advisory to staff on improving the working process with client.
Support recruitment and project team with senior level job order to meet the target lead time and filling rate.
Explore different channels of attracting resources for staffing recruitment, mass recruitment, project recruitment.
Work closely with Sales and operation on delivery recruitment service.
2. Employer branding and BD activities:
Plan for yearly activities both online and offline, working closely with marketing and sales to upgrade the images of MPVN by active branding.
Coordinate with Universities, High schools, and other organizations in planning and organizing the event, talk show, career day…
Giving ideas on online activities, managing fan pages, social channels... of recruitment team.
Coordinate with Operation team to link the requirement of staffing clients on social and branding activities with MPVN's activities.
3. Talent development:
Build up the recruitment team to make sure we have a strong and readiness team to deliver any project at any time.
Giving necessary training to team members with technical and soft skills of recruitment requirement
Find out and develop the potential to become a successor for leadership level.
Work closely with Operation manager of CON HCM to have suitable plan of restructuring or develop the team to meet the overall target and align with strategy of CON HCM.
4. Others:
Support Operation Manager on designing the service model to client and computing the recruitment cost base on general labor market.
Coordinate with other teams and members on charity activities, social network, outing/ training day…
Other task as assigned by Operation manager.
*REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in business administration / economics or related fields.
At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Good English (04 skills)
