*JOB OVERVIEW
As a Service Delivery Manager, you play an important role in HR consulting for clients as needed at Enterprise North. Together with Team members and Operation manager to bring the excellent service to our value clients and associates; Ensure that all activities comply with local labor law and the standard of practice; Participate in the planning, implementing and supervise assigned project operations of Staffing Outsourcing service.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Service delivery management
Manage Staffing Key Accounts service team and payroll service on daily operation activities including Payroll, Outsourcing & Staffing service, not limited to leave, overtime and attendance check.
Supervise and guide staffing team leaders as well as consultants on problem solving, settle down the clients and service issues.
Take full responsibility for monthly service quality, including payroll (customize, check, monitor) for all staff, insurance, PIT & billing to make sure it runs smoothly, accuracy and on time process; develop templates and improve procedures as needed.
Final check and take responsibility on all transactions, reports, contracts regarding to department's service.
Main in charge of Audit for our provided services.
Be responsible for all reports both internally and externally as requested and regulated.
Give advisory to the team for all labor/ local laws/ practice/ market/ consulting service/ labor contract management.
Playing at escalated level to solve all the issues that relate to client service and monitor the quarterly/ yearly survey to improve service quality.
Manage administration team and other tasks such as social activities for clients/ associates.
Be in charge of software installation and testing before going live.
2. HR consulting
Working closely with legal and manager to provide best consult/ solutions to clients about local practice and process.
Conduct meetings with clients when providing necessary HR consulting and consulting services.
Share experience to team about actual case study and applying local law in providing Outsourcing services as needed.
3. Others
Manage the team in a stable way and improve the daily process of service.
Weekly/ monthly reports to management board and clients as needed and commit the timeline.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in HR and related fields.
3 - 5 years of working experience in HR (C&B), especially in service and manufacturing environment with 02 years of leadership role.
3+ years of expertise with SAP payroll and module configuration
End-to-end payroll knowledge
Strong experience of PIT & Insurance for expat
Good in English competency
Good in using computer and applications as: word, excel, power point.
