Job description:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Review and propose optimized recruitment and HR management solutions.
  • Build and execute employer branding activities through events and internal communication to attract candidates and enhance employee pride in the company.
  • Establish relationships with universities and professional organizations to expand candidate sources.
  • Participate in onboarding training programs for new hires and build succession planning strategies for talent within the company.
  • Propose solutions to enhance workforce quality, aligning with the oil and gas industry's development needs and the company's practical requirements.
  • Recruit staff promptly and sufficiently according to the company’s plans and ad-hoc requests from the Board of Directors. Collaborate with departments to implement recruitment plans and candidate selection processes.
  • Forecast, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to recruitment and HR management.
  • Contribute to building a company culture aligned with the vision, mission, and core values of the organization.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry or other high-tech sectors.
  • Proven experience recruiting for high-level positions (technical, operations, supervisory, legal, project management).
  • Strong recruitment network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, and specialized social networks).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in English, especially in communication and interviewing, to work effectively with international candidates and experts.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in teams.
  • Enthusiastic and quick to understand staffing needs and recruitment trends

English Skill: proficient

PC Skills

  • Proficient in recruitment software (ATS - Applicant Tracking System) and online training tools.
  • Skilled in using office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Expertise in recruitment, employee competency evaluation, and personnel management.
  • Advanced interview skills, including direct, phone, or video interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
