- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Review and propose optimized recruitment and HR management solutions.
- Build and execute employer branding activities through events and internal communication to attract candidates and enhance employee pride in the company.
- Establish relationships with universities and professional organizations to expand candidate sources.
- Participate in onboarding training programs for new hires and build succession planning strategies for talent within the company.
- Propose solutions to enhance workforce quality, aligning with the oil and gas industry's development needs and the company's practical requirements.
- Recruit staff promptly and sufficiently according to the company’s plans and ad-hoc requests from the Board of Directors. Collaborate with departments to implement recruitment plans and candidate selection processes.
- Forecast, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to recruitment and HR management.
- Contribute to building a company culture aligned with the vision, mission, and core values of the organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry or other high-tech sectors.
- Proven experience recruiting for high-level positions (technical, operations, supervisory, legal, project management).
- Strong recruitment network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, and specialized social networks).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English, especially in communication and interviewing, to work effectively with international candidates and experts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in teams.
