Location: Hanoi 
Reporting line: Deputy General Director/GD/Deputy Country Head
Subordinates: Assistant HR Manager (1), Senior HR Officer (1), HR Admin Officer (1), Receptionist cum Admin (2), Office Driver (4)
Job Responsibilities: 
1. HR Management
•    HR Management procedures and policies: set up and develop HR management system in compliance with the Labor Laws; 
•    Implement HR projects like job grade, E-unite project, HR Initiatives, etc. for vision 2020/ 2025.
•    Recruitment:
o    To establish manpower planning to be in line with business strategy and plan;
o    To recruit the qualified employee within designated timeframe;
o    To review application/resume, interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills, make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications and complete the employment;
o    To design and conduct new employee orientation program.
•    Compensation and benefit
o    To set up and advise the appropriate salary structure
o    To design, to implement and to administrate the compensation and benefits program 
o    To manage the performance assessment of employee for compensation and benefit and employee development
o    To develop, recommend, implement and administer compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance and meet other defined objectives.
•    Training & development:
o    To conduct research on employee development programs and activities
o    To conduct training needs analysis. Uses results to design, plan and develop the training program
o    To administer and manage the training database
•    Employee Relationship
o    To build up and maintain good relationships and good understanding with all staff via effective communication and activities;
o    To review and revise employee rules and regulations
o    To control employees to in line with rules and regulations of the Companies
•    Human resource administration
o    To administer and manage employee contracts, personal documents system;
o    To manage and implement employee social, health and unemployment insurance;
o    To manage and file all records of office staff and operating staff systematically, fully and to keep such records updated regularly.
2. Admin Management:
•    Office Management:
o    General management in Hanoi, HCMC and other offices (if any) including renovation.
o    Company outings, meetings, seminars, events, teambuilding, etc...
•    Company asset/Personal/Health care insurances:
o    To liaise with insurance company or broker for loss and damage;
o    To prepare documents to claim for loss and damage;
o    To fill and make reports on insurance.
•    Legal company documents:
o    To follow up investment license and other legal documents for all offices, depots;
o    To keep and fill legal company documents;
o    To certify company document.
•    Visa and work permit for local and expatriates:

Job Requirements
•    Bachelor degree MNCs
•    At least 5 years in similar roles for, preferable in Trading / Service B2B.
•    Good knowledge on labor law
•    Good organizational and leadership skill
•    Good presentation skill
•    Good interpersonal skills
