Role Responsibilities:
The HRM position is responsible for planning, developing policies & procedures, leading & monitoring HR activities to ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s goals & objectives.
- Understands the company’s goals and strategy to oversee the workforce planning & implementation including recruiting, onboarding for new hires, retention, internal manpower transfer.
- Ensuring the accuracy and follow up of staff attendance, salary calculation and social insurance registration and administration.
- Practical knowledge and experiences in plant audits and well versed with Vietnam labour law and practices
- Manages the administration of human resource activities including, but not limited to, expatriates visa applications, employee relationship, employee grievances, labor disputes; voluntary or involuntary termination, disciplinary matters, performance management, promotion, compensation & benefits, recognition, training and development, maintaining records of transaction, in compliance with company's policies, legal requirement & customers' standard.
- Assists the development of Human Resource policies and procedures in compliance with company's policies, legal requirement, disseminate through communications, meetings and/ or training & oversights the implementation.
- Assists the planning of learning & development and oversight the implementation.

Role Requirements:
- A HR degree or equivalent with 5 - 8 years of practical experience in HR manager role (Less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager)
- Good knowledge in local employment law and HR Practices
- Good organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-tasks
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, etc.
- ENGLISH OR CHINESE speaking preferred: fluent in spoken & written
