Main duties:
  • Talent Acquisition: job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, consulting the managers regarding skill requirements.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Procedure: orientation, training, handle offboarding processes 
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems 
  • Employee Development and Training: Identify TNA and create development programs 
  • Compensation and Benefits programs
  • Employee Relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and consistent with company-wide HR policies.
  • HR Data and Reporting
  • Career Pathing and Succession Planning: develop career paths for each employee and identify potential successors for key roles.
  • Workforce Planning: develop workforce planning strategies to meet future demands.
  • Employee Engagement
Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 10 years of management in multi-national company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hard-working, diligent, discipline 
  • Proficient in MS Office
