Our client, a renowned international manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled individual to assume the role of overseeing national HR policies and procedural standards, managing the entirety of countrywide employee rewards, and leading various HR projects at a country level.
I. PRIMARY DUTIES:
Establishment of National HR Policies & Procedural Standards:
• Responsible for the formulation, enhancement, and alignment of HR policies and processes within the country
• Spearheading the continuous enhancement of HR policies and processes
• Participation in addressing employee concerns related to HR policies and directives at the national level, conducting investigations and generating reports, aiding management in resolving disputes, and implementing labor relations
• Custodian of corporate guidelines, including Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, and other pertinent employment-related documents
Oversight of Countrywide Employee Rewards:
• Tasked with devising a comprehensive reward strategy to ensure competitive market positioning and robust employee retention rates for the organization
• Responsible for compensation and benefits discussions at the senior management echelon (target salary bands, annual salary reviews, performance-based bonuses), adhering to corporate protocols and industry best practices
• Acknowledged as the country's process expert, offering guidance to business stakeholders and HR business partners on topics concerning employee rewards
• Responsible for managing country-level benefit programs
Leadership of Country HR Initiatives:
• Assume a leadership role in country-specific HR undertakings, encompassing HRIT (HR Information Technology), HR transformation, innovation initiatives, audits, and retention programs
• Handling additional impromptu subjects as delegated by the Head of HR
II. CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in the realm of compensation and benefits, with a specialized focus on total rewards
• Profound expertise in managing compensation and benefits, and the development of holistic reward strategies
• Sound grasp of global trends and prevailing practices within the Vietnamese market concerning employee rewards
• Thorough familiarity with labor laws and regulatory standards in Vietnam
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, capable of guiding discussions on total rewards while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and HR peers across the country.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and adept in project management.• Possesses an open-minded perspective and a commitment to ongoing enhancement.
