Job Overview:
- Workforce Administration (WFA) Representative is empowered to support and perform Workforce Administration (WFA) related activities required enable HR business processes and drive a best-in-class Employee and Candidate Experience.
- This role will also provide on-site support to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Learning, Total Rewards, Payroll/Time Absence and HR Partner.
- Provide on-site support on employee lifecycle including pre-onboarding, onboarding, transfer, separation, etc.
- Responsible for the data management through Enabling Technology (such as, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Provide Vietnamese translation services on HR policy update, HR end-to-end processes and drive continuous improvement process together with remote teams.
- Engage in local HR administration work and Employee Resource Group events if necessary.
- Response for Vietnam contingent labor lifecycle
- Skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees
- Able to operate effectively and proactively with an employee-experience and end-to-end mindset
- Able to use appropriate judgment in escalation or when to involve other resources in decision making or processing
- One year or more of human resources or relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, workable English
- Critical problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
