Job Description:
- Handle performance management program, promotion program, including design, revise and manage processes to ensure alignment and fairness.
- Support Total Reward Leader for Job Evaluation and compensation structure using Mercer methodology,
- participation in market data surveys, prepare the relevant data & information pertaining to the annual survey
- Benefits and Policy governance:
- Support Total Reward Leader to make plans, design, and develop compensation programs (i.e. base pay, incentive, and other reward programs)
- Respond to compensation surveys and studies; ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements; compensation policy governance; assess pay equity; perform quantitative data analysis, as required
- Handles employee health and wellness programs; including collecting cost and contract information, data analysis and reporting on such to management
- Provide total rewards consultation and support to the business and HRBPs.
- Coordinate communication of annual processes and benefits together with HRBPs
- In charge of Annual Operating Plan labor cost.
- Other duties as assigned
- Payroll and operations
- Salary computing and associated processes
- Be in charge of Benefits & Insurances, and payment of Recognition & Reward programs
- Handle and update the Compensation Structure in line with the local Income tax rules/ statutory regulations
- Global mobility
- Work with global & local team to manage outbound & inbound expat arrangements, payment of benefits etc.,
