Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the factory/department’s operations and organizational structure, ensuring the effective implementation of corporate HR strategies and policies in alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance organizational capabilities by supporting business teams in improving management competencies and assisting in the development of recruitment and training plans.
- Monitor the organizational structure, hierarchy, and personnel allocation within the factory/department, providing recommendations for adjustments and optimization.
- Stay updated on national and regional labor laws, assist in establishing and improving labor risk monitoring mechanisms, and foster a harmonious employee relations environment.

[Required conditions]
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in HR roles in Vietnam is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Strong English proficiency, with the ability to use it as a working language.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and project integration skills.
