Position: Human Capital Assistant Manager
Working location: Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City

The Human Capital (HC) Assistant Manager performs duties associated with the management, coordination, and participation of a specialty area within the Department of Human Capital. Responsibilities may include professional work in one or more areas such as training, employee personnel, recruitment, onboarding, and/or payroll. The incumbent will also assist the Head of Human Capital with various departmental initiatives, programs, and events, as well as serve on project teams and committees as needed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
Manage and involve in the entire recruiting cycle process including job posting, candidates approaching, sourcing, screening, offers, and selection
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
Negotiate and extend competitive compensation packages within the approved budget for selected candidates
Verify the background and references of applicants
Employee personnel:
Manage HRIS data management activities, including inputting, maintaining, auditing, extracting, and analyzing confidential HR data.
Maintain employee information records, including generating and managing employment contracts and personal information.
Training:
Develop and deliver training sessions that meet business needs or upon requests
Creates and administers onboarding programs for new employees
General Responsibilities:
Enter and/or process information in payroll cycle with internal team and vendors
Disperse circulars, notifications, and announcements of HC to employees internally
Write HR Metrics report
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business management, or related field(s).
5+ years of experience in HR field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Experience in offering, budget preparation, and control; managing the recruitment process
Good knowledge of using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and other job posting platforms
Prior experience/exposure to the renewable energy, information technology, or hospitality sector is preferred
Attention to detail, carefulness, and integrity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong presentation skill and communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Experience of using the HRIS system (Misa Amis) is a plus
Regional experience in Southeast Asia is a plus
