JOB SUMMARY:
• Follow up Office Administration in Hanoi such as infrastructure, IT equipment control, taxi/grab, courier, pantry, office supplies and car arrangement...
• Contract maintenance, Office expense controlling belong to HN office.
• Support HR/CSR activities in HN office.
• Working time: Monday to Friday (8 hours/ day)
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Admin operation in Hanoi (Car rental, air ticket, taxi/grab, tree, pantry, stationery, envelope, mail in/out…)
• Support Head of Sales: do PR/Expense claim, follow up apartment/school/car and others related to him.
• Office performance (Receptionist, office renovation/decoration…)
• On/off boarding process.
• HR operation/CSR Activity.
• Improve and maintain 3S office.
• Manage Admin expense to run effectively within budget & pay timely.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor Degree or higher education degree.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in HR-Admin.
• Communication skill, respect, collaboration, embrace change, integrity, ownership, passion and interest in HR-Admin field and hard working.
• Good computer skills in a Microsoft.
• Be fluent in English.
