HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

Employee Life Cycle

  • Coordinate and execute employee on-and off-boarding processes
  • Be responsible for and deliver New Hire Onboarding program and continuously improve new hire experience
  • Assists with the development, administration and implementation of HR programs, procedures, and guidelines
  • Prepare month-end report and maintain integrity of all employee data, records and documents
  • Maintain and update all current and historical employee records in files and HRIS system, maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Assist in routine administrative tasks and other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager

Employee Benefits and Engagement

  • Coordinate and conduct the new employee benefits onboarding process
  • Help administer annual employee benefits review
  • Manage internal communication to ensure employee benefits & engagement events information is broadcasted to employees in a timely manner
  • Manage engagement programs and wellness initiatives to build a positive employee culture and experience for the Vietnam offices
  • Support in running events / activities for D&I initiatives

Learning and Development

  • Support in L&D programs in Vietnam
  • Ensure the execution of Vietnam training sessions: arrange logistics, conduct pre and post training surveys and analysis

Internship recruitment

  • Support all aspects of campus recruitment process, ensuring candidates have a great experience through their interactives
  • Assist in possible employer branding activities in Vietnam
  • Assist in university and organization partnership building such as visiting universities, preparing contracts and MOUs, follow up payments, coordinate and support campus industry talks / initiatives.
  • Support intern recruiting tasks such as updating candidate database, coordinating phone screens / interviews / collecting feedbacks, etc.
  • Maintain active recruitment pipeline reports for all intern positions.

B. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or advanced degree(s), from a leading university in HR or Business related majors.
  • Excellent verbal and written in both Vietnamese and English
  • At least 3-5 years of related working experience, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Attention to details, high accuracy, high integrity
  • Experience of implementing and using Workday is a plus.
