MAIN PURPOSE: Provide full Human Resources Services to the Company's Brands and Back Offices in Vietnam

- To maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System (SAP)
- To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
- To organise locally and produce SAP Group HR reporting
2. Compensation and Benefits
- To be in charge of payroll processing for Vietnam (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments) and taxation
- Ensure timely submission and payment of pension
- Ensure compensation and personal data is uploaded to SAP promptly
- Prepare monthly Headcount report
- To compile all data needed for salary survey, the Annual Salary Review, and the Annual Performance Appraisal Analysis
- To monitor and alert the Human Resources Manager to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
- To provide information to Expatriate staffs regarding C&B (Tax clearance; Social Benefits)
3. Employee Relations/CSR
- To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
- To manage and organise company’s CSR activities. This includes Health and Safety projects or requirements
4. Training and Development: Interface with Group HR and external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate
5. Ad Hoc Projects: Managing, communicating and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organization
6. Expatriates Management: To manage the relocation of expatriates for human aspects (coaching, advises, experience sharing) and HR technical aspects (Visa, Housing, schools, car and clubs if applicable)
