About the Role:
Our Client, a rapidly expanding company specializing in agricultural products, is looking for HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company’s administrative, HR, and legal activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, KPIs, compensation, and benefits.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant legal regulations.
  • Manage employee records, labor contracts, and social insurance.
  • Build corporate culture and organize internal activities.
  • Work with relevant government departments and authorities.

Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in HR & Administration, with a preference for candidates with managerial experience.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance laws, and HR-related regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and human resource management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
Personal Qualities: Honest, responsible, able to work under high pressure, and possesses strong leadership skills.
