Our Client, a rapidly expanding company specializing in agricultural products, is looking for HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s administrative, HR, and legal activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, KPIs, compensation, and benefits.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant legal regulations.
- Manage employee records, labor contracts, and social insurance.
- Build corporate culture and organize internal activities.
- Work with relevant government departments and authorities.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in HR & Administration, with a preference for candidates with managerial experience.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance laws, and HR-related regulations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and human resource management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
