Our client, who is a MNC in HVAC, is looking for a Sales Manager. This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist the Country Leader in driving the Sales Team to achieve company Target, KPI
· Manage the Sales Team to gain market share
· Coach & Support the Sales Engineers in Finding, Developing, Maintaining good, qualified relationship with project Owner and M&E Contractor.
· Build up the comprehensive project Pipeline, follow it up closely to maximize winning rate.
· Able to provide accurate Sales forecast on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
· In alignment with HR in growing up the capabilities of Team members, by identifying the training need for them, improve the employee engagement to Trane and business performance.
· Run weekly, monthly Sales meeting. Report to Country Leader.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· 10+ YoE in HVAC / Sales Experiences, min 5 years in management level.
· Education Standard: Engineering
