Responisibilities:
- Setting up and managing the network component
- Set-up of and support for PC and production workstations.
- Support for Office 365/ Azure
- Support for Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O (environment and users)
- Supporting IT users with software and hardware issues
- Management of software licences and support contracts Customisation and maintenance of specific applications
- Hardware and software-related advice and support for employees in their daily work
- Local procurement of IT equipment in coordination with the German headquarters
- Co-operation with local IT service providers
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience of end-user support
- Extensive experience in the administration of Microsoft environments, preferably proven by certifications
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O desirable, alternatively other ERP environment
- Basic experience in Microsoft / Azure necessary
- Experience in system and network configuration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, Active Directory user management and knowledge of IP telephony, (VoIP) mobile clients
- Proficient written and spoken English skills are essential
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of motivation and flexibility
- Ability to work as part of a team in a process-orientated manner with strong customer focus
- Ability to work with virtual teams over time zones
