Key Responsibilities:

• Develop IT security policies and improve the company’s IT systems.
• Lead the development of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize IT resources and equipment for cost efficiency and performance.
• Handle daily IT service requests and support branch IT teams.
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of IT systems, including printers, projectors, phones, and networks.
• Oversee risk management, resolve IT issues promptly, and maintain service quality.
• Provide expert advice on complex IT problems.
• Manage key IT accounts and system credentials (database, server, network, etc.).
• Maintain source code from vendors and internal development.
• Monitor compliance with IT policies and propose improvements.
• Set KPIs, assign tasks, and supervise team performance.
• Train and develop IT staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Participate in continuous learning and company-wide activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in ERP implementation and IT infrastructure.
• Project management, leadership, and presentation certifications are a plus.
