Key Responsibilities:
- Develop IT security policies and improve the company’s IT systems.
- Lead the development of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize IT resources and equipment for cost efficiency and performance.
- Handle daily IT service requests and support branch IT teams.
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of IT systems, including printers, projectors, phones, and networks.
- Oversee risk management, resolve IT issues promptly, and maintain service quality.
- Provide expert advice on complex IT problems.
- Manage key IT accounts and system credentials (database, server, network, etc.).
- Maintain source code from vendors and internal development.
- Monitor compliance with IT policies and propose improvements.
- Set KPIs, assign tasks, and supervise team performance.
- Train and develop IT staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Participate in continuous learning and company-wide activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in ERP implementation and IT infrastructure.
- Project management, leadership, and presentation certifications are a plus.
