Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution (25%)

  • Collaborate with various department to implement short- and long-term operational sales strategy for GT (2 distributors) and MT dealers following alignment with Sales Head and towards annual/quarterly/monthly KPIs.
  • Cooperates with Marketing and Trade Marketing to monitor and ensure efficient implementation of marketing campaign in-line with sales direction for GT channel Cooperates with product and category to understand market positions and product needs and suggesting necessary changes to meet sales objectives and product and category requirement.

Sales Forecast (20%)

  • Ensure development, correctness and respect of time deadlines of operatively weekly and monthly rolling sales forecasts.
  • Closely monitor volume target and trade spending to customers and clearly communicate with customer and distributors.
  • Checking inventory of products, ensuring minimum inventory levels to be maintained across the channel.

Sales Development (25%)

  • Coordinates with the distributor the implementation of the Sales Plan, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and growth objectives.
  • Monitors continuously the market situation to recommend to Sales Head possible market opportunities and improvement of market penetration.

Negotiation (5%)

  • Negotiate with distributor, customer (modern trade) on contract, target, trading term etc
  • Support Distributors in managing negotiations with major customers to ensure implementation of Sales Plan.

Knowledge management (5%)

  • Build and maintain good relationship with distributor.
  • Clearly communicating with Distributors for sales target and trade marketing implementation after internal alignment with Sales Head.
  • Manage distributors, ensure payment, follow up credits and assure the information flow from distributor on sales and expenses.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum degree from recognized institution in Business related fields.
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Sales and Trade Marketing with experience in Electronics, FMCG industry preferred.
  • Experience in working/collaborating with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Local cultural understanding.
  • Balance of analytic and creative skills.
  • Good networking skills, account management.
  • Channel exposure in General Trade/ Whole Sales Distributor.
  • High ability of multi-tasking, interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills.
  • Computer skills in MS office.
