A. COMPANY INFORMATION

Liquid cargo transportation services using ISO tanks and flex tanks

Services for project cargo, oversize and overload cargo, ship charter, and bulk cargo

2. Working hours: Usually Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:30, lunch break 12:00 to 13:30, typically 42 hours per week.
B. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Planning a strategy for developing Key accounts throughout the Company (KA)
- Analyzing SWOT and advise the CEO on Key Account development orientation throughout the system.
- Making a plan to develop Key Accounts throughout the system according to the Company's orientation.
- Building/updating policies to strengthen and developing relationships with key account customers.
- Gather market intelligence covering competitor details, products and sales strategies to promptly propose appropriate strategies, maintain position and attract potential customers
- Developing business partnerships with agents to develop chain products joint sales) and planning to target domestic and foreign vendors to develop key account customers through 2 ends.
2. Operating Key account department activities throughout the company
a) Developing organizational policies, SOP ,…
- Establishing a company-wide organizational structure including KA department at the corporation, KA department under branches and representative offices, both domestically and internationally and abroad to ensure smooth operations and optimal.
Recruiting and training staff to ensure operational requirements
b) Operate the department's activities
- Assign work to members of the department, control and coordinate work, ensuring completion of the proposed plan
- Own full responsibility for clients in providing services. Act as the link for all client needs, liaising/coordinating various departments, coordinate team members' work to ensure customer support and satisfaction.
- Maintain and expand business but not limited with the current accounts, visiting customers and performing services as required.
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with Key account customers looking for growth opportunities.
- Periodically evaluate the current status of processes, regulations, and service standards to come up with solutions to improve the quality of customer services.
c) Other tasks
- Reporting work to the CEO periodically weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or unexpectedly
- Managing and training department staff, build a succession team, and other related operations
- Working on other tasks when assigned from the CEO.

- At least 3 years of experience in the position of KA Business Manager or equivalent in large
corporations. Candidates with experience in the logistics industry are preferred.

- Skills in planning, monitoring and execution; Analytical and integrative thinking; Communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Proficient level).
- Ability to build relationships, be patient, listen, be disciplined, fair and handle work pressure..
