Overview
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Directors (Korean/Japanese nationalities who are living & working in Vietnam) with a proven track record in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and optimizing budget utilization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align business development efforts with the company’s overall goals while enhancing customer service quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of project opportunities to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new customer accounts by showcasing the company’s capabilities and tailored service offerings.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to support business growth and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan, including client-specific strategies and branding initiatives to elevate company visibility in target markets.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts in compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management frameworks.
  • Analyze client needs and market trends to craft winning proposals that secure projects.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Deliver regular progress reports on marketing plans and account management to senior leadership.
  • Organize client events and foster networking opportunities to strengthen relationships internally and externally.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the company to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 8 years of strong B2B sales experience, with a track record of expertise in renewable energy, solar rooftop investment & development or project-based sales.
  • Skills: Proven sales acumen, deep market knowledge, and excellent analytical and teamwork abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis to meet clients.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Language: Strong command of English (written and verbal).
