Duties & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing and leading Sales Team
- Be responsible for managing customers of Aluminum products such as LCD Display frames and Ladders:
- Manage purchasing orders of customers. Follow up delivery schedules based on customer request
- Co-ordinate with involved departments to meet delivery schedules.
- Be responsible for managing revenue and dept by daily, monthly, yearly.
- Be responsible for managing domestic customers:
- Support Finance department gets overdue payment from customers on time.
- Assess development of customers to help them increase selling.
- Get information of potentiality customers and our competitors.
- Monitor information of our products on markets.
- Build good relationship with customers.
- Update figures of sales every month and update new sales forecast.
- Manage sales operations on SAP software.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- KOREAN/ VIETNAMESE;
- University degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience as Sales manager in FDI manufacturing companies
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Experiences in SAP operation
- Skilled in handling MS Office: excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook.
- Strong leadership, management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a part of teams and smart working, prudence, faithfulness.
- Willing to support other team members & take more responsibilities.
- Well organizing, planning and process management skill.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Self-motivation and an attitude of continuous improvement.
- Works closely with all department managers.
