In this role you will be part of our local Learning & Development team in the Global Talent function of the company’s HR organization. As a catalyst for business success, we support our local blue- and white-collar our colleagues, by developing and enabling a local training organization in production and designing and delivering relevant and modern learning interventions and everyone needs to grow and succeed in their jobs.   

Tother with the company manufacturing Vietnam project team and supporting functions we are enabling the company to be future ready and have the capabilities to grow in the right way into the future. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support the coordination and administration of our local learning programs.  

  • Promotion of learning programs for employees and people leaders to drive adoption. 

  • Coordinate onboarding/training sessions for new colleagues to accelerate a sense of belonging to the unique culture and values at the company 

  • Support facilitation of local learning/onboarding programs 

  • Support tracking and assessment of development initiatives to drive improvement in key L&D metrics 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Preferably education in business administration, communication, learning and development, marketing, or related field - or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred  

  • 1-2 years precious experience in entry level/junior L&D roles. 

  • Experience in using Workday (or other Learning Management Systems) to schedule sessions, manage enrollments and attendance.   

  • Experience of designing captivating communication materials: newsletters, Some posts, video and SharePoint content  

  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of any technology used to design and facilitate online sessions  

  • A strong interest in learning and development and enthusiastic about helping people learn and grow. 

  • Facilitation of learning/engagement activities for both white- and blue-collar employees.
