LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT - LEAD

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. People development for all levels:
- Conducting new hires orientation and drive continuous improvement for employees’ onboarding experience
- Collaborating with Internal Communications on culture education and education
- Managing both internal and external training programs for various groups of employees (non-managerial, junior/senior management) including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), implementation, evaluation and budget management
- Assisting Human Resource Director in other development activities (i.e job transfer/rotation/talent mobility) or global/regional skill development initiatives

2. Talent Management:
- Managing procedures and framework of succession planning, high potential employees' identification and appropriate programs and career movements
- Designing Intern/Fresher development program as part of the whole employer branding program, as well as manage career planning for talent pipeline

3. Learning & Development (L&D) Projects:
- Implementing assigned scope of L&D projects such as competency review & design, talent assessment tool and learning management system (LMS)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduates, around 4-5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development
- Strong communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Can-do attitude
- Strong critical thinking, solution-oriented
- Agile, flexible, able to work independently or in teams & under pressure
- Respect deadlines, result driven with high quality of work
