Objective: The primary objective of this role is to:
- Ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained for the Project at each stage, managing legal risks effectively.
- Maintain full compliance of both the Project and the Company with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret relevant legal articles and clauses applicable to each phase of the Project.
- Conduct research on market practices related to legal procedures.
- Provide legal opinions on the Company’s decisions, considering both legal requirements and market practices, and propose optimal solutions.
- Engage in discussions with officials from relevant authorities, facilitating strong relationships to support the Project.
- Review and evaluate the Company's and Project’s legal documents, including contracts, agreements, certificates, and more.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Director and the team leader.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Law degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience (experience in the real estate sector and full project lifecycle is preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities, with skills in timely documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
