Legal Affairs:
- Review and negotiate contracts with relevant parties, providing advice as needed.
- Offer legal consultation for business activities and related matters.
- Liaise with government authorities and compliance to ensure company procedures comply with laws.
- Oversee the implementation of corporate compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal compliance training sessions.
- Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
Corporate Governance & Risk Management:
- Assist in establishing a robust corporate governance system.
- Evaluate compliance and operational risks and propose countermeasures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other legal and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law or relevant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal position for Manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and planning skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills
