Legal Affairs:

• Review and negotiate contracts with relevant parties, providing advice as needed.
• Offer legal consultation for business activities and related matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and compliance to ensure company procedures comply with laws.
• Oversee the implementation of corporate compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal compliance training sessions.
• Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

Corporate Governance & Risk Management:

• Assist in establishing a robust corporate governance system.
• Evaluate compliance and operational risks and propose countermeasures.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other legal and compliance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law or relevant
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal position for Manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills
