Job Description
1. Daily operation
Provide back-office support for Australia/New Zealand Shipping department.
Follow up to obtain all shipping documentation of import and export. e.g. Bill of lading Commercial invoice, Switch Invoice, packing declaration FTA if required
Creation of AU/NZ Air and Ocean shipments in SAP
Maintain and update shipment dates to reflect ETA dates
Creation of DHL export shipments in DHL portal
Processing shipment discrepancies (RFAN Work-ons)
Processing of Scrapping in SAP
Creation of deliveries & Transfer Orders, Packing & Post Goods Issue
Correction and maintenance of shipping IDocs
2. Process improvement
Be entrepreneurial and creative in building the best-tailored solution to meet the requests from customers, Management, and pain points from daily work
Be able to lead/work independently projects or assignments from management team to set up/improve new process
3. Reporting
Prepared KPI tree and report to customers
Ad hoc report as per requests
Other topics related to overall logistics and transportation as assigned by manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in international Trade, Supply Chain, etc.
At least 2 years-experience in supply chain, logistics, data entry
Able to communicate fluently in English
Strong computer/systems skills like Excel. Power Query, Power BI and SAP is a plus
Detailed orientation and inter-personal skills with ability to work with cross-functions.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
