​(1) BROAD SCOPE:

- Import/Export/ Billing job for external customers

(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Directly contact with customes and contact with other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking, customs clearance, trucking, track&trace report, etc). Make tracking report to customers.

- Key in shipment’s information on Cello system and doing other assign job related to system.

- Make debit note to customers for customs clearance or settlment

- Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service providers (LSP)

- Report to managers when requested.

(3) REQUIREMENTS:

- University graduate.

- Fresher or 1 – 2 years experience in Logistics field (import/export/customs clearance)

- Good English speaking and writing

- Computer: Good at Excel, Powerpoint and Words

- Good communication skills: both speaking and writing (email)
