Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of audit strategies to ensure compliance with labor, ethics, environment, health, and safety standards as outlined by local legislation and RBA guidelines.
- Coordinate and conduct supplier audits, ensuring adherence to company and RBA principles of conduct.
- Manage corrective action plans and follow-up on implementation to address audit findings.
- Develop and provide training programs to enhance supplier performance in CSR and sustainability.
- Produce regular reports on audit status, progress, and supplier performance for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability goals into business operations.
- Stay informed on the latest sustainability trends and best practices to drive innovation within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or EHS audit roles.
- Strong understanding of national and international labor laws and sustainability standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English/ Chinese.
