Reesponsibilities:
1. Strategy development & Implementation:
- Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to make sure that people development plans are aligned with company strategies and vision.
- Directs the need assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving company goals.
- Execute, monitor, and evaluate Learning & Development strategies.
2. People & Organization Development:
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define learning & development needs, assess functional competency gaps, create and manage training plans and budgets.
- Design and develop learningactivities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans for management and employees.
- Deliver training courses and initiatives (soft skills, induction training, leadership development, etc.).
- Review and evaluate training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
- Engage stakeholders in promoting and utilizing E-Learning systems.
- Take part in people development projects (e-Learning, coaching, learn and share sessions, etc.).
3. Culture Building:
- Design and implement initiatives, events, and programs to promote LITEON culture and behaviors.
- Analyze annual employee survey results, help stakeholders develop solutions, and take actions for improvement.
- Foster a learning culture through knowledge-sharing initiatives, cross-functional collaboration programs, etc.
Requirements:
1. Education Background:: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Working Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience inlearning and development or a similar role.
- Open to new ideas, innovative and passionate about people development.
- Experienced in designing performance management and talent management frameworks, tools, and training.
3. Competencies/Skills:
- Strong problem-solving & planning skills.
- Good communications, presentation & influencing skills.
- Proven effective management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Fluency in English (or Chinese) and Vietnamese.
