Responsibilities:​

Talent Development (50%):

  • Refine the Job Capability Framework and assessment processes. Conduct Talent Leadership Reviews and manage the Talent Pipeline to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Facilitate talent management process across the business functions.

Learning Design (50%):

  • Implement Distinctive Leadership programs and Personal Effectiveness development initiatives. Utilize both intellectual property materials and original content to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

  • Implement the Learning & Development strategy, underpinning tools and processes.

  • Assist in the implementation of E- learning.

  • Maintains records of costs and monitors to ensure costs are within budget.

  • Distributes learning manuals and other learning aids.

  • Maintains system for evaluation of effectiveness of internal & external learning.

  • Administers learning procedures, learning programs, coordinates learning program

Requirements:
  • Have a Graduate/ Master degree in Humanities/ Science At least 5 to 7 years of work experience within the learning & development function.

  • Passionate about learning and development, helping people to learn and grow.

  • Have ability to analyze and interpret data and be proficient in e-learning concepts and platforms across a regional platform.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Be comfortable and with ability to work with global teams across hierarchy and functions and influence key stakeholders such as the management team

  • Wide knowledge of adult learning methods and application techniques
