JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Key objectives:
The Sales LPG Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and distribution of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) to various clients and customers in the Southern market. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. The Sales LPG Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.

II. Job responsibility:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for LPG products.
• Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns to promote LPG products.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
• Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of LPG products to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market conditions, and regulations related to LPG sales and distribution.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of LPG to customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential market segments for LPG products.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's LPG products and services.

III. Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in LPG Sales, capability to handle big volume (~ 15k tons/ month)
• Good command of English
