Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels.
• Clean and lubricate electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and address potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
• Repair and Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, including faulty wiring, blown fuses, and tripped circuit breakers.
• Repair or replace damaged electrical components, such as motors, switches, and sensors.
• Utilize electrical testing equipment to accurately identify and resolve issues.

Installation:

• Install new electrical equipment and systems, such as lighting fixtures, outlets, and control panels.
• Modify existing electrical systems to accommodate changes in facility layout or operations.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all electrical safety regulations and codes.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing tasks.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and parts inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status of electrical systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an electrical technician.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
