- The HR & Admin Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department.
- May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Handling payroll for employees.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Co-ordinate in conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Support in Training and development process.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
