Position Overview:

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic marketing initiatives for our diverse portfolio of consumer products. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams, with a focus on brand management and design.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage a high-performing team of brand managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  2. Brand Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, aligning with overall company objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform brand strategy.
  3. Campaign Development:

    • Oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing communications.
  4. Product Launches:

    • Work closely with product development teams to create and implement effective launch strategies for new food products.
    • Develop marketing plans that highlight unique selling propositions and leverage market opportunities.
  5. Design Management:

    • Lead the design team in creating visually appealing and on-brand assets for marketing materials, packaging, and digital platforms.
    • Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and messaging across all channels.
  6. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget for the food division, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
    • Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (13+ years) in marketing, with a focus on brand management in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of food industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
