Position: Marketing Strategy Manager
Report to: General Director (Expat)
Working Place: Flexible: on-site (HCM), or remote (Hanoi or HCM)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy: Develop brand positioning and target audience strategies based on Southeast Asia market analysis.

Brand Management: Oversee product lifecycle management and execute differentiation strategies against competitors.

Brand Launching & Event Management: Plan customer experience-centric launch processes and events.

Consumer Insights: Incorporate global trends and localization strategies from product development stages.

Global Collaboration: Experience managing overseas teams and external partnerships.

Data Analysis: Sales/inventory management and post-campaign analysis skills.

Trend Sensitivity: Track record of applying K-beauty/clean beauty trends.

Collaboration: Cross-functional work with product development, global sales, and content design teams.

Reporting: Direct reporting to executive management for agile decision-making.
