Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team, overseeing personnel and their responsibilities.
• Design and develop an Elementary School Math Enrichment Program, incorporating international curriculum research and competitor analysis.
• Create personalized learning pathways based on age-specific requirements.
• Source or develop study materials aligned with international standards and Vietnamese K-12 curriculum.
• Prepare teaching aids, lesson plans, exam papers, and assessments.
• Manage educational resources, assess program effectiveness, and organize extracurricular activities.
• Train teachers on effective pedagogical methods and subject content.
