Working time: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM-17:00 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM-11:00 AM)

1/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for, develop, and take care of clients with LCL (Less than Container Load) ocean freight needs, especially for international routes.

  • Provide optimal logistics solutions to clients in terms of pricing, scheduling, shipping terms, and other supporting services.

  • Negotiate contracts, offer quotations, and close deals with customers.

  • Coordinate with the operations, documentation, and accounting departments to ensure service commitments are met.

  • Monitor and manage revenue and KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Collect market information, analyze competitors, and update logistics trends to suggest suitable development strategies.

  • Support training and guidance for junior sales staff (if required).

2/ Requirements:

  • College or University degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economics, International Business, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics sales, preferably with experience in LCL, FCL, and freight forwarding (especially ocean freight).

  • Good knowledge of Incoterms, import-export procedures, and international transportation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work under sales pressure.

  • Good command of English communication is mandatory.
