Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership of the online and offline sales divisions, steering them towards the attainment of audacious sales targets.
  • Devise performance benchmarks and measurement mechanisms for evaluating the team's efficacy.
  • Craft, refine, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales crew.
  • Pioneering the development of training modules and guiding the team to elevate their sales prowess.
  • Dive deep into data related to lead generation, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending innovative remedies to augment conversion rates across various stages.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional squads to initiate projects such as launching new outlets and establishing novel sales pipelines.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in similar roles, demonstrating a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Profound understanding of omnichannel strategy and execution with national retailers.
  • Methodical, data-driven, and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational prowess.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, versatility, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Capacity to work independently, adapt to change, and travel (10-30% as needed).
