Position: People and Culture Specialist
Job Purpose: To oversee, recommend and implement HR practices and procedures in Vietnam, and to comply with local ordinance and regulations.
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures:

Execute payroll calculation, social insurance administration and Personal Income Tax administration.

Enrolment, deletions and changes of members of health insurance plan

Enrolment, deletions and changes of members, administer social insurance administration

Responsible for recruitment, offering of employment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation matters, provide orientation program to new hires

Keep abreast and alert the supervisor on legal changes

Alert supervisors for any potential staff issues

Assist supervisor to conduct performance appraisal exercise

With supervisor’s direction, update Internal Regulations, HR internal policies to keep the company abreast of current practice and informed of new developments

With supervisor’s direction, plan and coordinate staff functions, such as anniversary and birthday parties, team building event, to work on staff relations

Staff file maintenance and records maintenance in Human Resources Information System

Assist training program or coordination for Vietnam if necessary

Work on ad-hoc projects for HR

Handle other duties assigned by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Degree educated in HR discipline
- Minimum 3 years human resources experience in a sizable organization
- Well-known human resources ordinances in Vietnam
- Experience in HRIS and other HR-related software and tools
- Excellent MS office
- Excellent command of English, both verbal & written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
