*JOB OVERVIEWS
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive and daily admin assistance to the Country Manager of MPG VN including clerical duties and office admin tasks
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the GM in the timely management of all communications; including written, telephone, and email.
Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
Assist in the management and organization of the GM calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
Coordinate and manage travel plan for both business and personal purposes.
Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
Coordinate and organize meetings, luncheons, in-house/employee events and entrainment activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
