​*JOB OVERVIEWS

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive and daily admin assistance to the Country Manager of MPG VN including clerical duties and office admin tasks

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the GM in the timely management of all communications; including written, telephone, and email.

  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.

  • Assist in the management and organization of the GM calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.

  • Coordinate and manage travel plan for both business and personal purposes.

  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.

  • Coordinate and organize meetings, luncheons, in-house/employee events and entrainment activities.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English and good communication skill

  • Good time management

  • Good influencing and interpersonal skill

  • Good MS office skill

  • Ability to adapt to change
