Position : Planning Specialist – Warehouse Design and Optimization

About the Role:
Our client — a leading company in e-commerce — is seeking a Planning Specialist – Warehouse Design and Optimization.
Job Responsibilities
- Independently undertake the planning requirements of the business site, carry out process and strategy optimization work for modules, including researching existing business scenarios, constructing complete business flowcharts and traffic balance diagrams, and assisting in the preparation of project feasibility plans;
- Promote the implementation of projects, monitoring the execution process and tracking the evaluation of project effectiveness for non-automated projects; for automated projects, output data analysis results and processes, as well as layout designs, and coordinate project advancement;
- Follow up on planning projects within this area and promote the resolution of issues arising in the process to ensure successful project implementation;
- Optimize design of process flows, optimize design of warehouse process layouts, support during the integration implementation process, and review and confirm construction drawings;
- Identify pain points in operation and collect logistics planning requirements within this area; for minor optimization adjustments, notify headquarters and complete small cycles within the region; for major adjustments, consolidate requests to be submitted to the headquarters planning department, and implement adjustments based on headquarters' feedback.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Engineering, Logistics Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.;
- Work experience: 7 years or more of on-site automation experience and 3 years or more of team management experience, preferably in the logistics automation industry; with planning experience, proficient in process analysis and data deduction, able to effectively capture automation needs at the operational site;
- Knowledge and skills: Familiar with electromechanical equipment management, clear understanding of strong and weak current as well as civil engineering regulations, proficient in AutoCAD. Or possess TIA-V13 commissioning experience and solid electrical fundamentals;
- Qualities and abilities: Excellent communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution ability, good coordination skills, and capable of fostering team cohesion..
