Roles & Responsibilities:
ㆍRate sourcing:  Clarify request from Sales in VN / Branches &  check current sources, look for competative rate. Follow with sales for the feedback from customer & Finalize the result for each request.
ㆍLSP  evaluation & management: Build & maintain the good relationship with the vendors (shipping lines, co-loaders, forwarder, trucking providers,...in Vietnam & overseas)
ㆍ FAK Contact Negotiation: Directly negotiate contracts with Carrier to ensure the best performance possible for the team & company
ㆍProvide RFQ From HQ / Branches for regional and global tender
ㆍ Market analysis & reporting as assigned
ㆍ Keep continuous improvement for Pricing part to adapt with ad-hoc challenges and market changing
ㆍ Build & lead the team with high efficiency"

Qualification:
ㆍA bachelor's degree or higher in international trade or Logitics fields
ㆍHigh-end English communication ability
ㆍAt least 7 years of working for a shipping/airline/global 3PL company, minimum 5 years at managerial role.
ㆍA clear understanding of global logistics/forwarding market
ㆍTP FAK Set up and management experience
ㆍ Good communication / Skillful at team management
ㆍ Fully understanding of WM and LD in addition to F.F
